GAUCHOS RESERVATION POLICY

Please note that by making a reservation you are accepting the terms and conditions of our booking and cancellation policy. 

We have a standard dining time of 90 minutes from the reservation time, and for parties of 20 or more we offer 2 hours. Please ensure your party is aware of the dining time and arrives when expected, as we will not be able to extend your booking time to compensate for late arrivals.  

Bookings of 7 or more will require credit card details to secure confirmation.

Your credit card details are handled by a third-party secure site. Gauchos Churrasco BBQ will not have your card details on file. This is not prepayment for your meal, and no charge will be made unless you do not cancel within 24 hours of your reserved time or you do not show for your reservation. If you do not have a credit card, or wish to discuss our policy, please call us (04) 568 8216.

Should you need to cancel or reduce the numbers in your party the following process must be followed:

Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to your reservation by contacting Gauchos Churrasco BBQ by email info@gauchosbbq.co.nz or by phone 04 568 8216.

A $42.90 NZD charge per person will be charged to the nominated credit card if your booking is not cancelled 24 hours prior to your reservation or if you do not show for your reservation. 

The above charge also applies to changes in numbers for your reservation. These must be made no less than 6 hours prior to your reservation.
